PrivFit Return & Refund Policy

At PrivFit, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, simply contact us:

Please share your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and issue a Return Authorization.


3. Return Shipping

  • We’ll arrange pickup via our courier partner from your address.

  • There are no return shipping charges — it's 100% free for eligible returns.


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

  • If the original payment was made online (prepaid), the refund will be credited to the same method.

  • If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we'll issue a refund via UPI. Please provide your UPI ID (VPA) to complete the refund.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within 2 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
